1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and restbet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the restbet platform — including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, lottery, Texas Hold'em, or any other service offered — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately and not register an account. Continued use of restbet following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised document. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account.

These Terms are written in English and the English-language version is the authoritative version governing all player relationships with restbet. All disputes, interpretations, and disagreements shall be resolved with reference to this English-language document.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of the restbet platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This age restriction applies to all services on the platform without exception, including free-play or demo-mode games where available. restbet takes its responsibility to prevent underage gambling seriously and conducts age verification checks as part of the account registration and withdrawal process.

Any player found to be under the age of 18 will have their account suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source where technically feasible. In cases where a minor has used a third party's identity to register, the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

restbet is operated as an English-language platform designed for players in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online betting services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account. restbet does not make any representation regarding the legality of its services in any jurisdiction other than those it actively serves.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register a player account with restbet, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a working mobile number. You must ensure that all registration details remain current and up to date throughout the life of your account. restbet reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any registration details at any time.

Each individual may hold only one active player account on restbet. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under assumed identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your restbet login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account access with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the restbet support team immediately via live chat. restbet will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3. Account Obligations

By maintaining a player account with restbet, you agree to the following ongoing obligations:

• You will use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational betting and gaming purposes.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the platform, access odds feeds, or place bets in an automated manner.
• You will not attempt to exploit errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions in the platform software. Any suspected error must be reported to support immediately. Bets placed knowingly against an obvious error may be voided.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, bonus abuse, chip dumping, or any other activity that constitutes fraud or manipulation of the platform's services.
• You will not use the platform in connection with any criminal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or terrorist financing.
• You will keep your account information — including your email address and phone number — accurate and current, and will update it promptly if any details change.
• You will cooperate fully with any identity verification, KYC, or anti-money laundering (AML) requests made by restbet's compliance team, including the timely submission of requested documentation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

restbet currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed from time to time at restbet's discretion; the current list of supported methods is always available on the Cashier page of the platform.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on restbet is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions; however, enhanced verification may be required for deposits above certain thresholds as part of our AML compliance obligations. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to the player account within seconds of confirmation on the mobile money network. restbet does not charge deposit fees; however, your mobile money provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees.

All deposited funds must be used for gaming activity on restbet. The platform is not a financial institution and player accounts must not be used as a general money storage facility. restbet reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit that appears inconsistent with normal gaming behaviour or that triggers AML alert thresholds.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Cashier section of the player account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Before a withdrawal can be processed, the player must have completed KYC verification by uploading a valid Bangladesh National ID Card (NID) and any additional documentation requested by the compliance team.

Standard withdrawal processing times at restbet are as follows: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other supported banks) may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. All times are referenced to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

Withdrawals will only be returned to a payment method previously used to deposit funds by the same player. restbet will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. If a withdrawal is delayed beyond the stated processing window, players should contact the support team via live chat.

4.4 Refused Transactions

restbet reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal request where: (a) the player's identity has not been verified; (b) the transaction is suspected to involve fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised funds; (c) the request is inconsistent with the player's normal account activity; or (d) the platform is required to do so by applicable law or regulation. In such cases, restbet will notify the player via their registered email address and explain the reason for refusal where legally permitted to do so.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

From time to time, restbet offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise at the point of offer, all bonuses awarded by restbet are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the total amount of real-money bets that must be placed using the bonus funds before a withdrawal becomes available. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the player must place a total of ৳30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.

Only bets placed on qualifying games or markets, at or above the minimum odds specified in the promotion terms, will count towards the wagering requirement. Free bets and bonus funds that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited. restbet does not extend wagering deadlines as a general policy; extension requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

restbet actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: placing opposing bets using bonus funds to guarantee a risk-free outcome (hedging), using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, and coordinating with other players to collectively exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, restbet reserves the right to void all related bonuses and associated winnings, suspend the account, and recover any previously paid winnings that were derived from abusive bonus activity.

5.4 Seasonal and Loyalty Promotions

restbet may offer seasonal promotions coinciding with major Bangladesh sporting events such as the BPL, T20 World Cup, or IPL, as well as cultural occasions including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Independence Day (March 26). All seasonal promotions are subject to their own specific terms, published on the Promotions page and communicated to eligible players via email. Participation in seasonal promotions is voluntary and does not affect normal account access or functionality.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on restbet — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other available markets — are subject to the sporting rules applicable to each event and the market-specific rules published in the platform's Sportsbook Help section. In the event of a dispute over the outcome of a bet, the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, FIFA, BPL organiser) will be treated as final.

restbet reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has started where the platform's live odds were published in error, where the market was suspended and the bet was placed during the suspension window due to a technical fault, or where there is clear evidence that the result of the event was known to the player at the time of placing the bet.

6.2 Casino and Live Casino

All casino games available on restbet — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, and live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi — are governed by the rules of the individual game as published by the respective game provider. restbet does not independently modify game rules or payout structures. In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during a live casino hand, the game provider's dispute resolution process will apply.

6.3 Texas Hold'em Poker

Texas Hold'em poker games on restbet are played against other registered players, not against the house. Standard international Texas Hold'em poker rules apply. Players are prohibited from using external assistance software (poker solvers, real-time trackers) during live play. Collusion between players at the same table is a serious violation and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of session winnings.

6.4 Lottery

Lottery draws on restbet are conducted at scheduled intervals published on the Lottery page. Ticket purchases for a specific draw close at the time advertised for that draw. Results are published on the platform immediately following each draw and winnings are credited automatically to the winning player's account balance. Lottery results are final and non-reversible.

7. Responsible Gaming

restbet is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all players in Bangladesh. We strongly encourage all players to gamble within their means, to treat gambling as a form of entertainment rather than a source of income, and to make active use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.

The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered restbet players free of charge via Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a period of 24 hours after the increase request is submitted.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been active on the platform for a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, login is blocked and no deposits or bets may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion activates within one hour of the request and blocks all account access for the chosen duration.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your restbet account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to the standard KYC and withdrawal process. Bonuses and bonus-derived winnings that have not met the wagering requirement at the time of closure will be forfeited.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by restbet

restbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice where there is reasonable grounds to believe that the player has: (a) breached any provision of these Terms; (b) provided false or misleading registration information; (c) engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity on the platform; (d) failed to cooperate with a KYC or AML verification request within the stated timeframe; or (e) is found to be under 18 years of age.

In cases of account suspension pending investigation, restbet will freeze the account balance until the investigation is concluded. Where a breach is confirmed, restbet may withhold all or part of the account balance in accordance with applicable legal obligations. Where no breach is found, the full balance will be returned and the account restored or closed as the player requests.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. restbet will notify the player via their registered email address prior to applying a dormancy fee of ৳200 per calendar month to the account balance, beginning 30 days after the dormancy notification is sent. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and contacting support. Once the account balance reaches ৳0 due to dormancy fees, the account will be closed. Players who wish to withdraw their balance before dormancy fees are applied may do so at any time through the standard withdrawal process.
